Open an investor account

Creating an account to be an investor for real estate loans is free and easy, allowing real estate borrowers and investors to connect directly to fund loans for commercial and non-owner occupied residential properties.

Investors review lending request and express interest

Once enough investors express interest in a loan opportunity, the loan will be removed from public view giving the investors time to request further information and explore the opportunity thoroughly.

Investors earn secured returns

A national title company will grant to the investor a trust deed or first lien securing their investment upon funding. Investors can use our third-party professionals or their own required in a loan closing and servicing.
